Teaching Assistants

Overview

We are seeking to appoint resilient, passionate and skilled Teaching Assistants at our Trust Schools which include Mary Rose Academy, Cliffdale Primary Academy, Redwood Park Academy (all in Portsmouth) and Littlegreen Academy (close to Horndean and Rowlands Castle).

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a growing Trust with a superb track record of developing staff as well as ensuring our pupils make excellent progress and enjoy their learning. 

Personal attributes

You need to be flexible, energetic, enthusiastic and committed to working with children with complex needs and/or autism and be ready for anything!

If you are up for a challenge and really want to help make a positive difference to the lives of pupils with special educational needs and social, emotional and mental health needs then one of our schools could most definitely be the place for you!

Salary & Benefits

Band 4 plus SEN Allowance

Annual FTE + SEN Allowance salary is £19,468. 

Term time only salary at Cliffdale and Littlegreen working 33 or 34 hours is £14,992 / £15,446.

Term time only salary working 32.5 hours at Mary Rose or Redwood is £14,765.
