Personalised Learning Assistant - Mary Rose Academy


As part of Solent Academies Trust, Mary Rose Academy, is an ‘Outstanding Specialist Sports College’ for pupils aged 2-19 years, with complex and profound additional needs, including pupils with physical needs and disabilities.

Personal attributes

 We wish to recruit Personalised Learning Assistants to work collaboratively with our growing team of teachers to support our pupils in their learning and development in all aspects of life, as well as supporting their medical needs.

As an individual you will need to be flexible, energetic, resilient and committed to working with children, who need high levels of support in order to learn.

Salary & Benefits

 The post is Band 4 plus SEN allowance for 32.5 hours a week, working term time only.

Annual FTE salary £19,208 - £20,419.  Term time only salary £14,568 - £15,486.
