Metrics

We measure the impact of what we do via KPIs, regular reporting to the Trust Board and to individual committees on metrics including: absence, staff turnover, internal promotion and progression, the Trust’s diversity profile and HR casework.

 

Key Performance Indicators are:

  • To increase staff attendance – reducing staff absence by 5%

  • Recruit and retain high performing staff throughout their careers, keeping all staff turnover below 15 % and, for education support staff, for turnover to remain below 18%.

  • Promote healthy wellbeing and ensure manageable work -life balance

  • Accelerate school improvement through high quality CPD and career opportunity pathways - 100% will receive an appropriate appraisal

  • Regularly gather responses from staff using staff surveys and short ‘brief bite’ questionnaires on specific issues
