Cliffdale Primary Academy wish to recruit an Assistant Family Support Worker to join our amazing growing team! The role of the Assistant Family Worker will work closely with our Family Support Worker as well as working alongside all members of our school community. This includes families, carers and professionals from a range of agencies who, together, ensure that our pupils receive all the support they need to access school, home and the wider community successfully.

Salary & Benefits
33 hours a week, term time only
Pay Band 5 + SEN Allowance
TTO salary £18,845 - £20,168 (FTE £24,362 - £26,073)

The hours for the Assistant Family Support Worker role should ideally include some flexibility, for example an earlier morning to support a family to get their child ready for school if needed.
However, the core hours are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8.30am – 3.30pm, Wednesday 8.30am – 3.30pm and until 4.15pm fortnightly, Friday 8.30am – 3.30pm and until 3.15pm fortnightly.
You will work for 39 weeks of the year; however, you will be paid for 45.1 weeks??. Your salary will be paid over 12 months of the year.
